For a seamless self-check-in, kindly provide a soft copy of your passports or EID (for UAE residents) before arrival. In Dubai, providing guest passport details to the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) is legally required. This ensures security by verifying visitor identities, supports tourism statistics for improving services, and ensures regulatory compliance for hotels and short-term rentals. Any lost or damaged furniture or appliances will be reported to VRBO.

✹ No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the unit. A fine of 2,500 د. إ will be imposed for violations.

✹ No Unregistered Guests: Our maximum occupancy can not be exceeded at any time during a guest stay. Only registered guests may be on the property. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of 2,000 د. إ per person.

✹ No Parties or Events: Hosting large gatherings or events is prohibited. If a party is held, a penalty of 5,000 د. إ will apply.

✹ Turn Off lights and Appliances When Out: Please ensure that the lights, air conditioning, TV, and other appliances are turned off when you leave the property.

✹ Respect Check-In/Check-Out Times: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Let us know in advance if you need any flexibility. Also, 250 د. إ/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am and check in at 4pm as my cleaners are on tight schedules.

✹ Excessive Mess: If the property is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning, a fee of 1,000 د. إ will be charged.

✹ Illegal Drugs: The use of illegal drugs on the property is strictly forbidden. Violators will face a penalty of 1,500 د. إ.

✹ Lost/Damaged Items: Guests are responsible for replacing any items that are lost or damaged during their stay.

✹ Pets: Pets are not allowed in this unit. Evidence of pets will result in a 1,000 د. إ fine charged to guests.

By confirming this reservation, you comply to respect any written apartment rules and community policies, including instructions for care of our property. Any substantiated complaints from the building may result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund

Stained/damaged towels & linen will be reported to Airbnb To avoid any deductions or report from the platform.
