Staying at this property second time with my family. Super friendly staff, very clean hotel in common areas as well as in the room, the pool is great, beach access is very convenient. The food options are excellent, the manager at the main restaurant (Aneel) is great!

One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay at. Facilities second to none in a beautiful setting. The standard of cleanliness was beyond reproach. What really stood out was the quality staff throughout the hotel. Every member we encountered offered five star service. Would not hesitate to recommend and we will definitely return.

The Best!

30 mins from Dubai, away from the busyness and noise and located on the Persian Gulf, Sheraton Beach Sharjah is an oasis. Highly recommend walking down the road to many of the beachside restaurants. Very helpful staff. The restaurants and buffet on site are a bit expensive, but still very good. Highly recommend this hotel!

Never again to that hotel in Sharjah.

Cleaness 5*, services 1*, problem to inside communication, rude behavior in front desk , charging with no prooves. They are used with all inclusive package and not by regular.Unprofessional and unexpectable behavior. Far away from the relative hotels of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. They need training to achive the Marriot and Sheraton standars.

I’ve booked this hotel for one of my relatives, unfortunately was left embarrassed and upset for such unpleasant experience she had. The electricity kept going off damaging her medications which she relied on and need to have it daily, there was issue with the toilet that she had to complain off multiple times despite having plumber sorting it her keeps going bad, she even mentioned that the card which keeps electricity going was displaced while she was gone.., and similarly to her belongings. Moreover, whilst she had do not disturb tag on, they didn’t acknowledge it instead the tag was dis-activated.

Nice hotel but weird setup

Nice hotel when paying for a stay with dinner , it’s a set menu and that’s normal procedure many places but in the a la carte restaurant the choices where extremely limited - it was ridiculous- if you don’t want to offer dinner then don’t include it in the offer !!!!

Entspannter Aufenthalt abseits des Trubels

Wir haben eine erholsame Zeit in diesem Hotel verbracht, das abseits vom touristischen Trubel Dubais liegt. Die Anlage ist insgesamt in einem guten Zustand, gepflegt und ordentlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal, das stets bemüht war, unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Der Service war größtenteils gut, kleinere Schwächen wurden schnell ausgeglichen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht: Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und für den Preis wirklich mehr als in Ordnung. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet, sondern einfach gut und günstig essen möchte, wird hier zufrieden sein. Der Strand ist eher klein und nicht das Highlight der Unterkunft, aber für einen kurzen Spaziergang oder zum Sonnen ausreichend. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für Ruhesuchende mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

A decent hotel , busy pools with young kids :)

Interesting stay . Hotel is in a more traditional part ,also very far from the glamour of Dubai , I actually liked that ! If you like a beer or any alcohol drink - sorry but alcoholic drinks are prohibited even in hotels. People working at the hotel are kind and nice . Trying to be helpful always , that’s much appreciated . Swimming pools are good but there are many very young kids and it’s very noisy and busy . In general , for the money paid , this is a good place to stay . Thank you 🙏
