「The shuttle bus time table was not available before we reach the hotel. As a result we waited in the heat for more than 30 mins. The staff could have let us know before we arrive.」

「Very clean and comfortable room. Helpful and sincere staff. Very close to airport. Highly recommended」

「The hotel's location and internal condition is good, in particular its prime location next to Dubai Mall.」

「Good services and location.」

「Wonderful all round! Very clean and staff were extremely helpful. Will recommend and stay again.」

「Good if you are with family. Room is very nice. The staff is very helpful. Overall is a good experience」
