“My family, including two children, and I have been traveling around Europe for four years, and this is the first time we faced such a situation. Through Expedia, we booked and fully paid for a room for two nights — December 30 and 31. The room was very cold, and we had to sleep fully dressed. After 3:00 PM, the property owner, accompanied by two men, knocked on the door, behaved aggressively, and demanded we leave immediately. Despite showing our booking confirmation and payment proof, he said:……

“Beautiful property, it was a pleasureful stay. It was a bit warm at night while sleeping but other than that, we loved it! Good good and beverage.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, missed a fan. Was hot in the room but an open window helped. Lots of parkingspots just outside.”

“Very nice and clean accomodation for the price, right in the center of the town. Bathroom is big and hotel room is quite modern. Only downside is the lack of a room access keycard as the hotel still uses the classic key to unlock your door. In 2026 I think all hotels no matter what location should implement keycards to access all hotel facilities as it’s more secure and easy maintenance for the staff and is just expected these days.”

Bei Ankunft würde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass auch der Pool und Whirlpool nicht zur Verfügung stehen. ”

“The apartment is spacious and nice. Clothes drying rack not heated and the heater must be turned off, but there is a portable heater we can use. It is not easy to find the apartment and checking in was a little challenging because we do not have the phone service to call the host to let us in the apartment. But fortunately, my husband was able to call family via Facebook messenger and inturn the family call the host for us.”

Eventuell sollten öfters Pommes oder Kartoffeln mit bereitgestellt werden ( beispielsweise fehlten nach unserer Auffassung beim Abendessen mit dem Angebot Rinderbraten die zugehörigen Kartoffeln oder Klöße ).
