This property was awful. It is not a safe area. Please do not be fooled by the listing description. We were literally not even in there for 10 minutes and booked a hotel. Filthy is a understatement!!!

Het appartement was schoon en centraal gelegen in centrum van Dublin. Alle bezienswaardigheden waren op loopafstand. Winkels in de directe omgeving. Contact met verhuurder verliep heel prettig en werden vooraf al voorzien van allerlei informatie.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Dublin. L'appartement manque de propreté, le sol était collant à notre arrivée. Un bémol également concernant le manque de fournitures : pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de cafetière récente, papier toilette fourni en très petite quantité... L'appartement mériterait un bon rafraîchissement.

Vraiment super, nous avions lu des commentaires négatifs sur le fait d’aller chercher les clefs mais finalement c’était à côté et c’était vraiment très facile. La seule petite chose, c’est que nous avons eu une semaine où il faisait extrêmement chaud et il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé. Nous avions un ventilateur et nous en étions contents.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was quiet, clean, well stocked, and in a very convenient location. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but were fine for a short trip. Checking in was easy once we found the main office (down the street & to the left of the spot Apple Maps takes you) and check out was beyond easy! The immediate area was comfortable for a group of female travelers during the day, but required a touch extra awareness as it got dark. I would recommend!

Although the room was clean it was in need of maintenance. The floor had some big marks and a cabinet in the kitchen was peeling. The drawers in the nightstand looked water stained and the door to the shower didn’t completely close.

I liked the location, the kitchenette with a washer,dryer, and dishwasher. The staff was great with communication throughout our stay. The bed in the bedroom was terrible. You could feel the spring in the mattress and it sagged in the middle. I requested a resolution and they just put a couple of duvets on top. It didn't help. The unit wad hot, so we had to open the windows. In doing so the traffic and bird noise was horrible. I only got 6 hours sleep over 2 nights. I informed the host of the challenges.

The apartment was clean and spacious for our needs. Staff communicated quickly and we got all the answers we needed. The neighbourhood was a little bit noisy but ear plugs helped!

In a very sketchy area. Does NOT look like the photos given. Our shower did not work and our toilet ran out of water. Our online check in did not work when we got there and we had to wait 15 minutes in the rain for it to reload and work. The only relatively good thing was that it was clean.

Give this a try, you wont regret it!

Spent a weekend in this apartment and I have to say it was clean, well positioned, easy access to all of Dublins tourism hotspots and i would thoroughly reccommend it to anybody! The staff were also very helpful!

Staff were very friendly. I was able to get a hold of them quickly. Check-in went smoothly. I would get a backup card key. Sometimes it took a little bit to get the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth going and I’d have to try two or three times to be able to get the door open the outside door and the room door. Linens were clean the apartment was clean. It was not quite as fresh of an update as the picture led me to believe but we were only there mostly for just the evenings. I’m not as concerned about how the apartment itself looks as long as it’s clean. I would remind North Americans that there’s not air-conditioning which I’m sure most of the time is very fine. It was a little bit hotter this summer so that I think made a little bit more of an issue than it would’ve been otherwise but you can open the windows and it does cool off especially at night. It does cool down pretty quickly. My main concern would be for someone traveling alone a female or even two females traveling together. the area is a little iffy so I would not feel comfortable staying there once inside. I felt very secure in the apartment. It was just the area right around the apartment. Otherwise, the location is within walking distance of many of the attractions in Dublin the cathedrals the Dublin Guinness storehouse. The Jamison distillery are all quite walkable. The large variety of public transportation is available.

Great location! It was a little confusing trying to find the apartment inside the building, and we had to ask a resident, who was really helpful and nice.
