「Well-located efficient studio with delightful staff (especially Javier & Maria). Plenty to walk to in the area. The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! Would absolutely stay there again. 」

「Our room was great! Although its a little outside the city centre, it is most definitely worth it as its just a 30 min bus ride our so away. I enjoyed our room, it was large and comfortable especially for the price. Our room was a non-smoking room, but did smell like smoke a bit, but it was ok. Overall a nice stay and would come again!」

「The location and external facade were amazing. However, our room was right next to the hotel events centre. With a wedding until 12:30 and a noisy pack up until 2:30, it wasn’t very restful. Additionally, our room was serviced even though we had a sign out not to enter and they automatically checked us out early, even though we hadn’t left the hotel yet or running late.」

「We were first placed in a room that would have been too difficult to maneuver around the bed. The front desk personnel was so helpful, that he brought me to two other rooms to choose from. The one we finally settled on was a bit more each night, but had more room and a balcony. I wish I could remember his name to give a shout out to him... There are two other front desk personnel that I do want to give an amazing shout out to. Sorcha and Daantje were just very fun and full of information...

「Rooms were clean and the staff was terrific! Great location if you don’t want to stay in the city center. Bus stop to get into Dublin was right across the street. Food was good and reasonably priced. It」

「This place has paper thin walls. I could hear everything in the rooms next to us and in the hall. The location was good and the staff was friendly. The room was so small and our comforter had stains on it. The room also had no windows (could be my fault when booking and didn’t notice this detail) but the problem was there was no ventilation. When we took a shower the room turned into a sauna and sort of stayed that way. The AC couldn’t really be changed so it didn’t help the situation. 」

「The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great. Thank you!」

「Modern hotel in a quiet area not too far from Temple Bar. Was able to walk from hotel to everywhere I needed to be in city. Didn't have much interaction with staff but when I did they were polite and helpful. Room was equipped as per normal P.I. specs, with everything working well. Didn't sample the food/drinks so can't comment on this.」
