Our experience with this stay shows that a great deal of improvement is necessary, especially in the handling of customer enquiries and requests.
We arrived in Dubrovnik having had no useful reply to our enquiries about what time we should check in.
We had been told that the check-in location was not at the flat, but at an office in Getaldiceva Street.
That office turned out to house a different tour agency which was nothing to do with the apartment. After some difficulty we got a reply from one of the phone numbers we had been given, telling us to go to the apartment direct and collect the key from its box.
When we arrived at the flat we found that the advertised television was not there. The cleaner, and then the host, told us by phone that a previous guest had broken the TV, as if we should accept that that made everything all right.
Nothing was done during our stay to replace the TV or deal with the basin light or electric ring which we reported as not working.
The apartment could be very nice. The location is good, and it is quite well decorated, though it was not remarkably clean. The host is perhaps not responsible for the ruinous state of the rest of the building.
But we could not recommend it based on the experience we had.
