Welcome to apartment Hedera A45, an expansive and contemporary 54m2 haven nestled in the desirable neighborhood of Montovjerna, Dubrovnik. Located within a recently constructed building, this chic apartment offers an optimal combination of coziness and practicality, boasting a breathtaking sea view and exclusive amenities, including sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and the convenience of two parking spaces in the garage.
Upon entering, you'll discover a meticulously designed living room, adorned with thoughtful decor to create a warm and welcoming ambiance. The spacious layout invites relaxation and entertainment, making it the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the captivating city of Dubrovnik. Expansive windows showcase the captivating sea view, providing a picturesque backdrop visible from the comfort of the living area.
The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for those who relish home-cooked meals or prefer a quick snack. Featuring modern appliances and generous counter space, the kitchen ensures you have everything needed to prepare and savor delightful dishes infused with Croatian flavors.
Hedera A45 comprises two well-appointed bedrooms designed for your party's comfort. The primary bedroom offers a plush king size bed, providing a serene retreat for a peaceful night's rest. The second bedroom features queen size bed making it an excellent arrangement for families. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, ensuring a restful stay.
The apartment's modern and tidy bathroom offers all essential amenities for your convenience. The apartment also features a modern and clean extra toilet for your comfort.
Step onto the private balcony with a hot tub and be treated to panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding landscapes. The balcony serves as an ideal spot to savor your morning coffee while enjoying the invigorating sea breeze or to unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the horizon.
Amenities include: AC (bedrooms and living room), underfloor heating (living room and bathroom), hot tub, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, heating, outdoor shower, 2 parking spots, sea and city view, washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, smoke detector and a clothes drying rack.
Hedera A45 can accommodate up to 4 (+2*) guests, with the possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of a sofa bed costs 20 € per person per night.
Apartment Hedera A45 offers added convenience with two secure garage parking spaces at spots 7 and 10. Please be aware that the maximum vehicle height for these spaces is 1.80 meters.

As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
