「Great location to baseball fields we played at. Great neighborhood with close proximity to most of our needs with children (eating options, coffee shops, ice cream, and city swimming pool). 「Everything worked out well and was as expected. The home is charming and has a vintage feel with a lot of character. Very clean and stocked with all the necessities. There was a musty smell when we arrived but it was probably because it was 98deg outside with 1000% humidity. It was in the ideal location for our event. Easily accessible. 「3 middle-aged ladies met in Dubuque for a Galentine's Weekend (Feb 14-16). We arrived just before the snow really started coming done. Annie's on Adair was the perfect cozy spot to hang out. We cooked, we watched movies, and we played games. The cottage was immaculate and we lacked for nothing. It's the perfect get-away for small groups. (The host was diligent in keeping the sidewalk cleared of snow... Which was much appreciated!) We thoroughly enjoyed our time.」

No excuse not to go to church Sunday morning - Cathedral right across the street! Had a great stay in this older townhome floor plan that has been updated and equipped with modern appliances.
