Wonderful house around Lake Annecy

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house in Duingt. The village itself is centrally located but quiet and retains a local feel. The house is large, very well maintained, even has AC which was nice in the August heatwave. Communications were great with Sophie and her team. Everything we had hoped for our family vacation for all 5 of us.

super maison! des années 60

La maison est vaste de belles chambres un terrain super avec de vieux arbres pour faire de l´ombre aux vieilles branches...et une terrasse couverte.... De plus elle est très bien située proche de la montagne et du lac...et suffisamment éloignée de la fameuse départementale qui est très bruyante....

Lovely House

This is a lovely house right on the cycle track around :Lake Annecy. The only downside is the house directly next door is being built, but give it a few months and then it'll be idylic. Looking to return next year. Sophie and her team are amazing and made our stay really great, we'll definately be back.

Très belle maison avec de nombreuses possibilités de couchages...au calme...à proximité des pistes cyclables et 10 mns d'Annecy... manque cependant quelques équipements en cuisine vue la capacité d'accueil (grands plats...râpe à fromage...presse agrumes...et éventuellement, une prise tv dans une des chambres )

MAGNIFIQUE !

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette généreuse maison ! Une très belle énergie quand on rentre, on se sent bien, ce qui nous donne l'impression d'être chez soi. La maison est très bien entretenue, propre, non fumeur ! :) les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses. Nous étions pas loin d'Annecy, proche de tout commodité, proche du lac, à côté d'une piste cyclable, bref le rêve quand on est en famille avec des enfants ! Je tenais à remercier infiniment Martine pour son accueil chaleureux et souriant ! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter ! Cordialement Rafi

Maison parfaite !

Les photos ne mentaient pas, la maison est parfaite ! A 100m du lac et de toutes les facilités, jardin et espace barbecue très appréciables, la maison est immense et même à 10 on s'y sent à l'aise. L'accueil et le départ ont été parfaitement gérés, j'y reviendrai avec plaisir et je pense que tout le monde dans le groupe a bien noté l'adresse également !
