“I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. When I arrived to check in, I explained that I had accidentally left my purse on the ferry and therefore did not have my physical ID with me. I completely understand that hotels have policies regarding identification and respect the need to protect guests. However, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled.
