“Had to ask for our room to be serviced every day of the 8 nights we were there after being told by the front desk that housekeeping comes every day.Breakfast was pretty pathetic and we ate at local restaurants half the days. No occasional cocktail reception as stated. The only nice thing that wad appreciated was the free self laundry.”

“We stayed in a one room suite and while the room was big, the carpet was peeling in the kitchen, the wallpaper peeling in the bathroom and cobwebs in the lights. All this we ignored, but I went to take a shower and the hot water did not work. It was not even warm. I called the front desk asking if there was trick to getting it warm and she said no and she would look for a new room and call back. After 10 minutes I just washed my hair in the kitchen sink which did have hot water. I called the……

“Very spacious room. We had the suite with the separate bedroom. Nice layout for traveling with kids. Room was in very good shape. Pool was a good temperature and the facilities were clean. Staff member working the manager reception, morning staff at front desk and breakfast were all extremely pleasant. As other reviews have said there was a point of about 20 minutes where there was no plates which made breakfast difficult and delayed with children.”
