Some of the staff were helpful, and let us switch rooms. The room cleaner found our tablet and made sure we got it back after switching rooms which was a life saver. One of the breakfast staff members was unprofessional and clearly just wanted to talk on her phone and was annoyed by the presence of guests. I get the……

“Spa and swimming pool were closed for repair. It's really a decent price was really a great location needs better housekeeping such as cleaner (stained)towels. .very friendly helpful staff. Definitely would stay there again, but I would take my own towels.Yeah aloha”
