"Staff are very friendly. Room is clean, spacious (we had two queen bed room,) and the wooden wall and ceiling feel great. Good restaurant choices within several miles. This is always our first choice when skiing at Seven Springs. In heavy snow days, the road between the lodge and Seven Springs resort gets maintained very quickly and frequently so it was not a problem as long as one drives cautiously. "

"Very nice stay. Only "problem" was the heating situation. Each room has its own individual heating knob but it was still cold to use. We purchased a small heater from Dollar General so that fixed that. Place was clean. Be aware that the stairs are kinda steep. If you have children with you just know there may be someone downstairs. We tried to keep ours quiet so as not to disturb our downstairs neighbors. FYI Shannon, the light over the stove wasn’t working.Shannon was amazing for allowing us to stay an extra night. Our grandchildren LOVED having us for an extra day so THANK YOU!!!The kitchen & bathroom was fully equipped with many extras & the basket of goodies on the kitchen table was chef's kiss. Water pressure/temperature in the shower was EXCELLENT as well.Definitely would stay here again."

"Absolutely the best time!! Beautiful & Scenic! Relaxing Hot Tub; huge stone fireplace with roaring fires every night. Pool table excellent but in need of cues sticks. Everything was spotless & clean. The Kingsize bed was made with luxury sheets, pillows, duvet cover over fluffy down comforter. Big projection tv worked perfectly. We used the outdoor grille but had to go buy a lighter and charcoal. Bathrooms are older but clean. Never used the tub just the shower downstairs. We definitely will want to come back and rent this beautiful rustic cabin home again in future family visits. "

"Beautiful,relaxing cabin in a perfect location with a hot, bubbly Hot Tub and fireplaces inside and out that we all enjoyed. There were 11 of us and we all fit great and comfortably! We will definitely return again!"
