「If you enjoy nature and wildlife: this is it! My daughter (20) and I spent three nights here in February. Ian provided helpful area information in advance. The BEST (in addition to the ocean view and walks on the beach) was the wildlife: various types of birds splashing in the plate of water on the deck and a "mob" of Tammar Wallabies who greeted us each morning and evening. 「We stayed 3 nights at Fairview Beach House. Great view. Short walk to the water. Sleeps up to 11, great for a family get away. Could do with a good garden tidy up, front and back. View a bit cut off. And a bit of TLC with the internal doors. But all needs provided for and in good proximity to Kingscote for supplies. Emu Bay is a beautiful spot. Will be back one day.」

「This property is gorgeous. A very private setting with beautiful views of river and bush and we had stunning sunsets to enjoy. The two kyaks were such a bonus as the river was glassy for 2 days while we there. The pool table was fun too even though in need of repair and levelling. A superb spot to go.」
