“Spotless hotel in a perfect location right by the Firth of Tay. Broughty Ferry (suburb of Dundee) is a super walkable town with great charm, and having the train station just a short stroll away was extremely convenient. The haggis served at breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of the morning. Above all, the staff were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! We stayed there in mid-July.”

“On arrival we were warmly greeted and informed where breakfast would be served and explained where our room was. The room was huge in size, light, airy and tastefully decorated. The en-suite was a good size and cleaned to a high standard as was the room. Breakfasts were amazing, VERY generous portions and well cooked. The staff there were really great, nothing was too much trouble. They took time to cater for your needs. Very polite, professional and dedicated. The location of the hotel was……

“Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und man ist zu Fuß schnell am Strand. Die Zahnputzbecher waren total dreckig, die Duschamatur sichtbar grünlich keimig am Rand, die Halterung für das Duschzeug total verrostet. Das Zimmer hat keinen Kühlschrank und wird sehr warm, trotz offenem Fenster. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank und keinen Fahrstuhl. Das Frühstück ist typisch englisch und schmeckt; es ist jeden Tag gleich.”
