"Old hotel, could be really charming with much work. Liked the golf theme. The place is really understaffed, but that’s probably because it’s a ghost town. The heat did not work at all in the room so we had to get a space heater, which kept it just above teeth-chattering. The breakfast was not good. Couldn’t wait to go the road the next morning."

Great place to stay.
"I had a wonderful seafood risotto. I have never had so much seafood included in such a dish. My husband had macaroni cheese with haggis topping which he thoroughly enjoyed. The panaccota was delightful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The place has a lovely friendly atmosphere. I would certainly recommend it. "
