"We stayed for a week at Lori's cottage, which sits bordering a bird sanctuary. The cottage is exactly as described, and Lori, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She provided suggestions for the local area, greeted us with cut flowers, and was very responsive to any questions. She was the perfect host. The house is a cozy 2-bedroom cottage with comfy beds and lovely linens. Light and airy bedrooms made for a good night's sleep, and waking up to the birds singing was a treat. It has a small bathroom with a good shower and a well-equipped kitchen. We cooked most nights, and the very modern stove made it an easy task. Everything was provided, just like in a home kitchen. The outdoor shower is a must-try! The property is only a short 10-minute drive from the downtown area, and it was so nice being in the country. The silence and the clean air were rejuvenating. We did lots of sightseeing around the area during the day, but our favorite moments were having coffee on the porch for the dawn chorus in the morning and coming home at the end of the day to enjoy the property at sunset with evening drinks and nibbles on the porch. It was hard to drive away at the end of our stay! I can highly recommend the cottage. It was such a great place to wind down and slow life for a minute. Lori was a superb host, and we can't wait to come back again."

"We loved our stay! I spent my summers growing up in Little Compton and was so happy we found this cottage. It was spotless, well decorated, comfortable and peaceful both inside and out. The hosts were accommodating and added many special touches to make their home inviting. The bunk room was perfect for our young kids. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathroom was luxurious. We made s’mores in the fire pit, played corn hole, took a lovely outdoor shower and explored all there is to offer in the area. The home is fully air conditioned so previous reviews do not apply. It was comfortable in every room. We will definitely be back. 5+ stars from me!"
