「The owner was proactive and contacted me in plenty of time with details such as where to park. The flat has good cooking facilities and a very effective washer/dryer for your clothes. The bed was comfortable if a bit soft for my liking. This is an excellent base for exploring around Bristol and to the south. If your satnav suggests using Manor Road to approach from the south force it to use wider roads, Manor Rd is more like a Devon lane than a real road!」

「It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money.
