The hotel is closed to Dunfermline if you have a car or use public transport. You are within walkable distance to North Queensferry and the bridges crossing the Forth all of which are worth visiting and walking around

Go from Edinburgh central bus station on service X55 which crosses the old Forth road bridge and costs £6-50 return for a fantastic view and a 5 minute walk from Dunfermline bus station to the city hotel

"Perfect airport hotel,we parked the night before our flight in the Holiday Extras carpark, less than a 5 min walk to the hotel and the same to the airport, hotel is spotless and the staff are are really good with loads of information on getting into Edinburgh City Centre, comfy bed and and bar area"
"I booked a bed in Pod in The Courtroom (mixed dormitory). The room is huge but everything echos within the space. I know there is only so much the hostel can do but one of the guest was laughing throughout the night. Then he woke up around 6AM to make a loud phone call. Another guest must have confronted him because it was quiet then. These are risk you take booking a share hostel. Regardless, I would stay here again. It's right in the center of everything."
"Beds are extremely comfortable and bathrooms very spacious in the superior double rooms! Lovely recent renovations to lobby and new restaurant area this year. Staff very friendly and accommodating. This was our second visit in two years and we would stay here again- awesome location with everything in walking distance from the hotel."
