“Absolute gem of a location. Room was the most functional we've encountered in the UK in years...water was hot quickly and didn't vary, bed was perfect and the view was amazing (picture frame of the bridges over the Forth). Staff was also very attentive, friendly and keen to help at every turn. To round off this stay, the breakfasts and dinners were also first rate! Highly recommend the Orroco.”

“Lovely residence. Best location.”

“Struttura senza pretese, va bene per una sosta in un viaggio”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast were very good (choice, portions, and taste). We found the options of rolls with drinks at breakfast a great cost effective option for those with smaller appetites and the kids. Plenty of parking. I think it could be useful to include a breakfast menu card in the room as that would allow guests to recognise the options and value available. Very nice area with large park area next to the hotel. “This property is central to the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and it is excellent value for money. We are booked to go again in December.”

“A very quite place, and it is good to sleep and a place to take a good rest”

“Quiet peaceful location”

“Staff and locals very friendly to outsiders. We loved being at the house with the locals and there dogs. We were missing ours so much! Food delicious, and the sightseeing around and near village was gorgeous!!”

“Quick easy check in. Clean hotel. Breakfast service perfect. Very helpful staff. Great hotel overall”

“Really friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Large old building, our room was recently updated and was modernised nicely and spotlessly clean. It was very big but still warm with very large comfy bed and powerful shower. TV & Kettle in the room with normal sachets of tea/coffee etc Good breakfast offering kept warm and you could ask for GF bread, cereal and freshly made scrambled eggs. Nice coffee too. I liked the fact there seemed to be little waste as the offering wasn’t too……

“We attended for a wedding and that was fabulous. You can see that the Grange Manor team are award winning. The accommodation was a bit tired and dated. Well presented, but tired. Brilliant venue for an event.”

“Very poor in cleaness and amnesties”
