Absolutely stellar stay. They staff went above and beyond. Our luggage was lost, we had rented a campervan and they were willing to accept it when it came so we could at least tour Edinburgh and not waste a day. We are also staying when we fly out.

If we skip the facts the body lotion was used by someone else and the shuttle doesn’t operate as a shuttle, I had a lovely stay. Reception and bar staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

At first the building looks intimidating, but once you step through the doors the ambience has this dim intimate mood to it that is personally my style. I love the dark wood accents and plenty of relaxing seating. The room is spacious and clean. It’s close to the airport which made the last two days there less stressful knowing the hotel provides transport to the airport. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again

Spacious and well designed room. Very clean. Free minibar with a few snacks and drinks. Fantastic breakfast.Only complaint was not receiving the complimentary champagne and canapés which were supposed to be included in suite.
