「Room was clean and nice. Hotel was good.. but here’s by beef. I booked the Hotel through Expedia as I usually do. Paid in full.. then Hotel charges me $20. I called them and they said it’s for “Hotel Amenenities”. I asked what Amenenities? They said the pool and breakfast. Breakfast is included and I never used the pool. This is unacceptable. You’re going to lose a customer over $20.. not that I can’t afford the 20 bucks.. but it’s the principle of the matter. I may dispute this through...

「Clean and comfortable. Good location close to everything. Was a good stay other than I ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex, went to the front desk to ask for more and the guy working there couldn’t find any?!?! Ridiculous

「The location was downtown, a short walk from the very centre of town as well as the museum and the beach. The host was friendly and very helpful, providing us with a map and advice. The bed was comfy and spotless. There was a coffee maker with everything necessary and although there was also a kettle, they forgot the teabags. And while there was plenty of soap, they forgot the shampoo. But altogether, the experience was excellent.」
