「Excellent location and cute place. Not the owners fault, but the elevator was broken and out of commission and this is on the 4th floor. I’m disabled so this added a layer of challenge I wasn’t expecting. It’s also located directly next to the entrance to the 4th floor and it was loud with people coming and going.
