A great well cared for property, no issues at all. Hosts were great. The neighborhood dogs keep a good watch on things, but were no problem once knowing they meant no harm.

Nice cabin, but…
The cabin itself is really nice. However, it is not clear from the listing that the cabin is right next to a road with a surprising amount of traffic. Evidently, having a muffler on your vehicle is out of fashion in the neighborhood. It was louder at times than at my house in the city. Also, we were hoping to spend some time outside with our dog playing in the lake. Sadly, there are several large free roaming dogs in the neighborhood that come into the yard frequently. Since we didn’t see any collars or tags, we couldn’t tell if they were strays. Either way, having large dogs roaming around the property is not what we were looking for.
