“Overall the room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and everything met expectations. I did notice quite a lot of insect activity in the room, which was not expected from how clean everything was. I understand that bugs are small and get into places easily, and are not necessarily an indication of a major issue, but I would suggest regular exterminator service to keep things better managed.”

“Easthaven is a clean, comfortable, updated waterfront location that was the foundation of our trip - in that we were able to build memories with our family in and around Northern Neck with ease. “ Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Renovations & upgrades are obviously in progress and hallway & room were clean with new carpets & fresh paint. Bathtub & sink area molding & caulking were old & need replacement. Price reflected a minimum of amenities, but advertising breakfast & not even providing coffee was unacceptable. If there was a temporary reason why breakfast was not provided, the Mgr. should have told us when we checked in & we would not have been disappointed in the……
