"Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper."

"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"The only issue was the overwhelming smell of smoke when you enter the apartment. The actual property was great for what we were looking for. Close to the centre of Cheltenham, walking distance to lots of restaurants and plenty to do. Space was clean and comfortable but we could not get passed the smell every time we entered the apartment. "Very large, spacious house and fantastic grounds. Lots of room inside and out for us to spread out. Facilities excellent. We made good use of hot tube, pool and table tennis tables and the young ones enjoyed the kids play area. Easy access to Cotswolds Way path. Although the property is on the edge of Dursley, the grounds are large, giving the impression that you are almost in the countryside."

"It was just right for the 3 of us. Its situation, within walking distance of shops, pubs, etc. was excellent. There was lots of dog walks in open countryside......... she loved it! One minor grouse - the cooker was qite complicated, and the instructions in the welcome pack didn't fit the exact model of cooker. Otherwise, we loved Exchange cottage, and we loved Northleach........ we'll be back"

"Our stay was lovely, meeting up with family plus three dogs to celebrate Christmas, parking for 4 cars, large garden for dogs to run around in a pretty village with the essential pub…The house was well equipped with extras like books and games, we were only there 3 nights so didn’t venture far , a quick trip to diddly squat farm and a walk around Witney, would love to return in the summer and explore some more, thanks Stephanie!"
