「A nice house!」

「The gated parking was great! Only thing that would have made it better was if there was entrance access to the back of the building without having to go down through the garage/basement. Everything else met great expectations. Plenty of room for my family in the unit and it was clean. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again.」

「This apartment was just what I needed for my stay. I loved the use of reclaimed wood in the space. It gave it an old feel, yet was very up-to-date. It was very clean and felt comfortable. I loved some of the interesting items used in the decor. I appreciated the host's dining suggestions that could be found nearby.」

「OMG. This place is so comfortable. Tons of linens and cute decor. Easy access to everything. Great restaurants nearby. Super quiet neighborhood. The only thing we could find as a suggestion was to add a chair to the living room area. There’s just the couch…so when our graduate came over, had to pull over a dining room chair. No big deal…but comfy chair would be a nice addition. Would stay here again.」

「The place was clean enough, however the basement where the bedroom was, smelled like mold the entire time we were there. It gave me a headache. Also parking was difficult--we got a ticket because we didn't read the sign that was over 50 feet away stating they were cleaning the streets and not to park. I wouldn't stay here again.」

「We had a solid experience at Arthur's place. His instructions for check-in and all other processes were very accurate and user-friendly. One suggestion we have is to fix the bathtub faucet.」

「The apartment was clean and easy to find. We were in town for surgery @ Barnes-Jewish & was very easy to get there from the apartment. The manager, Jay, was very nice easy to reach & always very helpful. We will have to come back in a couple of months & plan to stay there again 」

「My 3yr old son and I met my family for a last-minute weekday getaway as we all live within a couple of hours of STL. This was a great location close to the ballpark, zoo, Ikea, restaurants, etc. We were able to travel around, avoiding the highways which was a nice bonus! The place was very clean, comfortable, and large enough for us all to relax in our own spaces while still being able to hang out in the kitchen/living area. The neighborhood seemed very safe as we walked around a in the area in...

「This home was nice and cozy, which made me and my partners anniversary weekend worth while. We had an amazing time. We loved the trees towards the back and how walkable the area was. It was centrally located by everything we want to be at. We had a great amazing time. We also loved the shower and its different ways to put out the water. The living room and tv in the bedroom made movie night so easy and fun. The hosts were responded promptly and were very helpful! Thank you guys again!」
