The house itself is nice and it could be a really nice place to stay. However, most of the accommodations are what I would consider to be "low" quality. The mattresses are either older or are new but a low level mattress and they are hard, I travel a lot and am used to firm mattresses in many hotels but these are beyond firm. The bath towels and linens are of the same quality as a lower grade hotel. The couches are nice but also seem to be somewhat old and therefore not really very comfortable. There are ample dishes but, all of the pans are older and all scratched up and the utensils are limited as well. The house is located in the mountains but, it is in a neighborhood with neighbors all around. There is a really nice deck around the house but, no Deck furniture. If you plan to rent this house be prepared to take or buy everything you will need including toilet paper as you are only given limited amounts. Also, there is a sign at the front door that tells you "No Shoes Allowed" so be prepared to stand and remove your shoes when you enter the house as there are no benches there in the entry foyer for you to sit on to remove them. Again, this is a nice house and while we did enjoy our stay here, it just didn't give us that "sense of home" feeling that other houses we have rented in other places have. Maybe our expectations were too high.
