The studio was nice, comfortable furnishings and up-to-date. Check in and out and communication was great. The outside yard around the studio had quite a bit of junk and old structures. A few suggestions: please provide box fans- it was very warm inside during the afternoon and evening. The single ceiling fan was not enough. A washer/dryer combo would be great after a day of hiking and fishing.

This is a nice, very clean rental in the woods. Location is approximately 15 minutes from Durango and 45 minutes from Purgatory. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking (you must bring your own spices including sugar). As a previous tenant noted, there is no air conditioning so when the weather is hot the unit is extremely uncomfortable. The box fans were very helpful and things did cool off late at night. Overall, we would stay here again (except during the summer).
