Great spot

The rental was very clean and comfortable. It was an easy drive to downtown and just across the road from Ft. Lewis College. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to downtown Durango and the condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again.

Durango Condo

Well equipped and spacious accommodation. Close to Main Street for shops, places to eat and the Durango to Silverton train station. We loved our stay in Durango.

Great spot with everything we needed

Great property and location. The buildings in the complex are a bit older, but well maintained. This unit was very spacious and in excellent shape. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials to make for a very convenient stay. Definitely met our expectations, we’ll be booking here again on our next trip to Durango.

Durango visit

The Ferringway is an awesome location. The welcome boxes for kitchen and bath were great. The books were great. All and all it was a very nice place.

Great getaway location

The home is closely located to many activities in Durango. The place is clean and had plenty of space for my family to gather. We will consider booking here again in the future

Great stay! Great location!

We loved staying at this property. Great location for us to visit our daughter going to school. However, lots of noise in the unit above us. Some type of party. Wasn’t out of control but definitely noisy. Other than that, property was perfect!

Clean and well stocked with things you need. Easy to get to and close to everything. A second tv would have been good with two teens. Bed in master bedroom needs upgrading. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect

Perfect for our family. The location was central to downtown and the college. The condo had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The king size bed was very comfortable. The second bedroom was great for kids. Our little loved all the books and the bunk bed. The host was very clear and helpful in their communications and reached out to see if we needed anything during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Cozy and convenient

We stayed at this condo while teaching a week long workshop at FLC. The kitchen had all you need, and the cable tv was a fun throwback. The space was great for two of us! However, it was very hot to sleep in the master bedroom and have the pipes not freeze.

Durango fun

The condo was nice, enough comfortable couches and chairs for the three of us. The bed situation, the primary bedroom and bath were excellent, the double on the bottom bunk was good, no adult should get on the top bunk unless they are under 150lb, the pull out couch needs a new mattress and a new coffee pot (lid kept falling off) would make this place perfect. Great location into town and the deck was perfect for morning coffee. Thank you, the place was so clean, we felt very at home, we will be back.

Clean, Comfortable and Well Appointed

It is a great condo close to town but not so close that it is noisy. The common area around the pool and hot tub is clean and nice. Everything works and the management company even provides everything you need for the kitchen and bath. This was a nice touch. I would return to this same unit next time I am in Durango. Only things to note: Pool closes at 9pm Pillows are a bit hard (some like this so not necessarily bad just good to know)
