An excellent location in the centre of Durham City. It couldn't be better for visiting the cathedral, university and doing the park run so on that basis we would consider staying there again although it was a bit pricey.For that price and from the photo on the left hand side we were not expecting the property to be dark, not very clean, the bathroom to smell of sewerage (all the time!) and the sofa not to very comfortable. All these points could easily be rectified. I didn't post a review straightaway as I thought I would give the owners a chance to visit the property after our stay to confirm this for themselves.
