「This was a very nice comfortable place. We had a little trouble finding it. Was easy to check in and out of. The only suggestion I would make was to put the exterior patio lights on a timer so that they turn off at night— if it’s hot and you have the window open then you have all the light from the patio. But it was very clean and comfortable.」

「The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. 「It was terrible and got worse the more I investigated. The drains were blocked and the bathroom not cleaned, dirty towels on the doors and the bed had black bits through the white sheets! Thank goodness the sheets were white so I could see how dirty it was!」

「We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. "Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check out was at noon however we were urged to leave as soon as 11am came by, asking to charge us for overstaying in the hotel. Our belongings were held at the lobby as well because of this, and the staff were reluctant to return our belongings. Extremely disappointed at the service and conditions of the hotel, will not recommend it to anyone."
