“Very disappointing experience. Breakfast was advertised as free/included, but we were later told we had to pay for it. We also accidentally left the room key in a taxi and immediately informed the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, we were threatened with police involvement and later told the taxi driver wanted 50 GEL to return the key, although the information we received directly from the driver was different. The communication from the hotel became extremely unpleasant and threatening.……

“stayed here for 4 nights, and for the following reasons, I would not recommend this accommodation. 1. Incorrect Location Information (Be Aware) I booked through Hotels.com, but the location shown on the map was incorrect. "服务态度很好，酒店有很棒的小阳台且景色不错，紧挨着街道，但并不吵。酒店后面就是美食广场和家乐福超市，生活方便。"

"The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. "
