「Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor. In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!」

「The entire facility smelled like mold and smoke. My room smelled like urine and smoke. The towels were dirty. The toilet had menstrual blood on it. It was horrible. The orher hotels in the area provided the same Unsatisfactory. Next time i will stay in Lafayette. 」

「Room was adequate. Bathroom and towels were clean. Staff seemed apathetic and bored. Lady at breakfast worked hard and kept counter clean and stocked. 」

「We enjoy the history of the property. Hosts are such delightful people!」

「The staff were all super kind. However, the first room we were assigned smelled like a wet dog and had mildew on the curtains above the AC and in the shower. We were changed to another room and it was ok, but the AC unit was black in the vents, the shower had absolutely no water pressure, and there was a big stain on the carpet that looked like it was wet. The hotel isnt well kept at all. 」

「Room and surroundings fine, but bathroom sink had a broken plug. Fortunately, I always carry a universal stopper, so I wasn't inconvenienced.」

「The reason I got the room is bc my power. Is off at home and I've been sick. So I asked him at the desk to make sure there was a working heater in room even tho he was super rude already.. the heater broken. The phone broken. I had my privacy tag on door when I got back from ice machine maid was smoking in my room said our room was cancelled.. I want my money back 」

「It has roaches in the room and you can’t control the volume of your TV and No staff in the front only in the morning No coffee or complementary breakfast 」

「Such a cute little gem, right outside of downtown Lafayette. The house was lovely inside and out. The recent renovations and layout of the house makes it feel so much bigger than it is. The vaulted ceilings, and beautiful attention to details in the interior design made this a new place to stay when we visit! 」
