"Staff checked us in early even though she had to move some things around to accommodate us. The suite is large and comfortable, though aging, with duct tape holding some of the baseboard in place for example. The small kitchen would be a nice benefit if we werestaying longer."

"Front desk service lady was problem solving, efficiently, fast and very friendly. Also bilingual! Room with kitchen in good condition with appliances than made our stay easy and comfortable. Excellent housekeeping. Shuttle is free to Mall of America, train station and airport. The only downside is the moisture management must repair to improve. "

"Hotel was comfortable. The bath didn't drain until maintenance was requested and cleared it. Room service was requested and desk wrote it down, but it didn't happen. Everything else was good. Very nice lobby area for relaxing"

"Lobby was nice and staff were friendly at check-in. Our room was disappointing - smelled like feet, the bathroom door creaked loudly whenever you opened or closed it, and the beds were noisy every time someone moved. Beds were comfortable, just noisy. Very small refrigerator with no freezer section. Even with key access we could not use the door nearest our room and had to walk all the way around to go in or out of the building. Parking was terrible, many people ended up parked in the grass lot...

"This was a hotel we were relocated to because the one I actually booked was over booked by 30 rooms and so after sitting on the phone for an hour and a half, arriving here at 1am to be greeted by a nice man working the front desk he advised us that they did not have cable nor did they have free breakfast like the one I had originally booked had. He asked if that was okay and of course I wasn’t going to complain at 1am when all I wanted was a shower and some rest. Overall room was ok. No...
