「Great location!」

「The staff was absolutely great to deal with. The room had some maintenance items needed (the carpet was dirty and the bathroom small mirror wasn't lighting up), but we did bring these items to the attention of the staff and they were able to fix the mirror during our stay. We would stay here again.」

「Everything is perfect! Staffs are friendly and helpful! Great hospitality!」

「很好」

「Everything is perfect.」

「Beautifully appointed room.」

「Nice new property, but breakfast time full of construction workers, that’s not appropriate for customers paying premium prices. Better don’t stay here for coming months.」

「Service at the hotel was great. Everyone was friendly and so helpful! The stay was even better. It's right in the heart of Vail and you can just turn the corner and you're right where all the shops and restaurants are. The room was clean and so comfortable. Our bed sheets were so soft and the bed was so comfortable! We loved our stay and will stay again here in the future!」

「I came here for vacation at the end of September. Except that the water in the swimming pool is not very hot, this is a great hotel, fully in line with the Ritz-Carlton level! !」

「Feel at home！」
