“I was disappointed to be charged for parking during my stay. This hotel is not located in a downtown area or in a particularly exclusive neighborhood where paid parking would be expected. Given that it is a conventional hotel comparable to others in the same category, I do not think it is reasonable to charge guests an additional fee for parking. Complimentary parking would be more in line with the amenities typically offered by similar hotels.”

“I was there 3 weeks but the room was not cleaned and the swimming pool had no chairs or sun beds I was supposed to book in on a Sunday but arrived to no reception so had to stay in a nearby hotel but still charged me for the Sunday night … not recommended”
