"We stayed at the 500 for my birthday. It was Amazing!!! Great service, Beautiful room. Everything from the valet parking to the complimentary glass of wine walking in the door really just made me feel like i was special. One thing to keep in mind the valet parking is a charge of 30 dollars for protected overnight parking. I really didn't pay attention to that checking in, but it was totally worth it."

"The hotel is the standard for this level of hotel but the price is around half of what they usually are and the downtown area of Boise is new and awesome with food etc The real review here is for the staff at this particular location goes above and beyond to say the least. Not everyone in the city is welcoming in fact ive walked out of 2 hotels to switch because of rude racist staff but here just wow amazing experience "
