"I normally stay next door at the Comfort Inn, but Regency has higher ratings on Expedia so I wanted to try it. Room floor was not clean, with numerous carpet stains as well as visible debris that should have been vacuumed/ swept. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was no better than other cheap hotel breakfasts. Basic buffet style. Hotel is in need of a refresh. Seems to be a well traveled and popular hotel so I wonder if other rooms are better. But I have no desire to try again."

"For an obviously older hotel, everything was clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely including Gluten Free. "

"The room was clean and the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Two big issues though: I arrived later in the evening, and was only able to check in using a remote desk staff who I think was in the Philippines? She was very professional and friendly, but there was another staff member sitting at the front desk of the hotel, right behind me, so I thought it was very strange that the hotel has contracted out to an offshore worker, presumably to save money. I would gladly pay a few more dollars to support a local community member/worker. I won't be choosing this hotel again as long as they are using a remote front desk agent. Second thing: the pillows were very thick and we all had sore necks in the morning. Other than those two issues, we had a very nice stay. And the Morning Glory Cafe next door had an amazing breakfast!!! "

"I really loved my stay at this property. The rooms were bigger and designed better than many others I have stayed at. The bathrooms were especially sound proof, I love to not hear what other people are doing in there!!! The staff was so friendly and competent. The rooms were easily accessible from the parking lot. The grounds were well maintained. But my favorite part was the decor in the halls and rooms. Delightfully dated in an upgraded, clean, and well maintained interior. Original 60's beatnik wall art and unique statement piece functional decor along with modern. It felt like the management really cared about the experience of staying here. I will definitely stay again as I travel through a few times a year."

"The staff were nice. The breakfast was terrible. The bacon looked like it was microwaved and the eggs didn’t taste like eggs. It smelt like pot when you walked in from entrance downstairs, the toilet was very low to the ground and the pressure was low. The outlets in the bathroom area we could not use because the mirror was covering it. The phone in the room did not work. The room is clean, but there was a piece of hair on the shampoo container. Location was good."

"Best stay in a hotel in awhile. The room was very large and slept four of us comfortably. Large walk in closet and a big bathroom. We love this layout and we will stay again. "
