"This was a nice stay. We each had our own bedroom so we had space to separate. The one thing about the online listing I felt was misleading was to advertise it as a house. It is an apartment built within/under a home where the property manager lives. We were looking for a completely separate house for privacy and quietness."

"My husband and I work seasonally in Seward, AK and stopped here on our way in and back from there. The view is breathtaking and we enjoyed eating dinner/breakfast on the patio. Room is adorable and well decorated with fresh muffins, a list of activities and restaurants to visit, and plenty of coffee. The bathroom is well stocked and the shower is amazing! We loved staying here and plan on staying every time we come to work in Alaska! "

"We've stayed overnight at a number of rental houses and this house, South Addition in Anchorage, was our best experience ever. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in an area close to Westchester Lagoon and trails leading out to the coast. It was easy to find and easy to access. The interior is exactly as pictured and described ... beautifully furnished and incredibly clean. The kitchen was amply supplied with essential cooking wares and all appliances functioned properly. We all slept...

"We stayed here for a girls weekend and we all loved this house! The location to downtown was perfect- everything is within walking distance. The house itself was clean and reminded us of 1950s vintage, with all the modern amenities. The view is awesome from the living room window and in warmer weather sitting on the deck would be amazing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful time staying here for a week while house hunting in Anchorage. The one bedroom apartment was cozy and beautifully decorated. I loved the fireplace was automatically running to maintain the set temperature. We very much enjoyed the view especially at night when the city lighted up in dark. We rented an AWD and got stuck once in slush but Windy and her husband helped us to get uphill. We appreciated their help!"

"What a great place to stay. We were in Anchorage with our son and his wife. He had medical appts and it was a great spot to unwind and relax. It was a great location with a Fred Meyer close by. It was also close to the airport. Having the sauna was an extra treat. Marty was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again."
