「We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast. What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer...

Having games and access to the Grizzly Fitness Center was incredibly convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. Haley was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to be helpful and made the whole experience seamless. We would absolutely recommend this place to everyone and would love to stay here again!」
