Awesome spot with first rate amenities

We couldn't be happier with our fourth stay with these wonderful hosts! Great fun at the creek and in the spa and lots of nearby spots to relax, fish, picnic, hike and find serenity. Highly recommended.

Perfect Getaway

Great Place!

Fantastic property, beautiful views

We loved our winter getaway here! We had 6 adults and did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The property was very clean and organized, and communication with the hosts was excellent. We loved the hot tub overlooking the creek with a view of the mountains. We can't wait to go back in warmer weather!

The Best

Mitch and Bobby are the best. We stay here a few times a year because it us the oerfect place to get away with a small grouo of friends. Beautiful, private, and very well equipped. The creek is so peaceful, and the house is very comfortable! We love it.

Getaway on the creek

We enjoyed our stay with kids of all ages at Serenity. We appreciated plenty of firewood, kayaks, and clean towels and bedding. The creek is beautiful and the nearby hiking trails are a great complement to the property.

Such a BEAUTIFUL Place

We absolutely LOVED the home and the view! There were 8 of us in the family spending Thanksgiving together and we had an amazing time and plenty of dpace along with everything we needed. The hot tub was a huge favorite! We even got to see some otters playinhplaying in the stream!

The outdoor and indoor spaces are amazing! We loved kayaking, the hot tub, nearby hiking (roaring run is a must!), and the fire pit. We had a question about the wifi, and the host was very responsive. Overall best VRBO experience yet. Definitely bring plenty of groceries and fill up the gas tank as you get close.

Perfect Place

We are lifelong friends who get away together a few weekends a year to recharge, so we've rented a *lot* of houses. Serenity is one of the best - very quiet and peaceful location, excellent hot tub, well-stocked house in terms of kitchen as well as little touches here and there. The creek offers lots to do and watch (we saw beavers one evening!). We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and have already made reservations to come back again!

Just As Serene As You'd Expect

Our second family vacation at Serenity was as wonderful, relaxing and fun as the first. Mitch and Bobbie's place is superbly appointed and extra comfy. Views of the creek from the large sliding doors facing south benefit from mature forests and sunny exposure. We did a lot of cooking, reading, visiting and fishing, and good hiking is just a few minutes away. We love this spot!

The BEST Mountain Getaway!

We spent a long weekend at the property for a bird hunt with Wes Hodges and to enjoy all the area has to offer. The hosts were extremely helpful and communicative, but even more, the house was amazing! The property is nestled in the mountains and right alongside Craig’s Creek. The house and property looked brand new - super clean and stocked with anything you could need. The property, amenities, location, and hosts make this the perfect getaway! We’ll definitely be back!

WATERFRONT RETREAT

A great place to unplug. Exceptionally clean and well-equipped. Near several prime hiking locations. Kayaks, canoes, and tubes made available for adventures on the water, and a hot tub for soaking aching muscles afterwards . Hosts extremely responsive. Highest marks all around.

The house was exactly as described. The location was perfect for a relaxing and fun mountain getaway! Beds were comfortable, lots of seating inside and outside at the grill, picnic table and around the fire pit. The creek was easily accessible from the backyard via the steps and deck leading down the hill. Fully stocked with everything we needed for a fabulous long weekend. Owners were friendly and super helpful. Would definitely book this house again!

Gorgeous, private view of stream

The house was well appointed and clean and comfortable. The view was great. We loved the board games, fire pit and hot tub. The stairs to the steam are very steep and water was too shallow to swim, but for teens and middle aged adults, it was perfectly wonderful to splash around. I guess the only other thing to know is that it is pretty long drive (45 minutes?) from anything resembling a grocery store or restaurant so come prepared.
