「GOOD」

「Booked our room thru expedited . In a miscommunication after delayed flight. Got into hotel at 3am to realize my reservation was no longer active . Staff at counter said he couldn’t do anything for me.」

「The hotel」

「訂房金額與退房金額不同，不知是係統出錯還是有啥變更被錯過告知。」

「This is urgent. Please check if you have double charged this room, as credit card company sent two bills with same amount. 」

「It was clean! We couldn't hear people in the hallways. It was quiet. Had everything we needed. The suite was adorable! Will stay here again when we come back to town! Only complaint... parking was a little pricey but almost worth not worrying about where to park.」
