"Stayed for three days. All liked it. The house has everything for living. There is heating and air conditioning. On the balcony in the morning we drank coffee and listened to the birds singing. There are many of them here. There are beautiful parks with waterfalls nearby. Recommended."

The amenities were plenty and the cottage interior were perfect. It was clean and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed the tranquil deck surrounded by nature. While the property it’s self is serine and quiet there is so much to do within the area including many local restaurants and breweries. We can’t wait to come back...

"Very nice unit. The main bed was an adjustable bed and wonderful. Well appointed kitchen. The second bedroom is in the church tower of the building and the bell is still installed. The bell pull is in the bedroom and guests are instructed when they can ring the bell. We rang the church bell twice and it was fun! The steps up to this second floor unit are kinda steep. Not too bad, but noticeable. We really liked this place and would stay again when we are in the area."

"This apartment is awesome! It's more spacious than it appears in photos and is clean and nicely updated. We were there to visit family in the neighborhood nearby, and it was perfect for us and our 2 adult children. While the property is on a fairly busy street close to the freeway, you would never know that once inside the apartment. It's very quiet inside and is conveniently located to downtown and other local attractions. We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in...

"The property was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The one bathroom is set up so that the bath/shower is semiprivate from the toilet and sink, so that's a plus. Easy walk to downtown cafe or church, and easy drive to Rochester. Great value. "So I never got check in details, messaged the host several hours before check in. Didn't hear anything. Showed up after check in time no one on the property. Called the host several times, no answer and voice mail was full. As I was walking the property another family showed up they had checked in the day before. While getting on the phone with vrbo the owner showed up and discovered that he had double booked. I am still waiting on his cancellation of my reservation and the return of my money...
