“1. Our room had leftover food still in the fridge. We communicated that to front desk staff and she said “thanks for telling me.” It did not give me much comfort that the rest of the room was cleaned well.
2. The pool heater was broken and there was no acknowledgment of that prior to check-in. Also the ceiling was in horrible disrepair.
3. The “hottub” was the size of a whirlpool tub that could fit maybe 3 adults.
4. I overheard another guest tell the staff that the pop machine did not……

“Beautiful hotel and ambiance! Favorite reading spot by the lobby fireplace. Dining was delicious at The Dive restaurant. Loved the quaint room and abundant closet and drawer space. Spacious shower and spectacular rainfall shower head. Only complaint was the mattress we had gave me a backache since I’m used to a firm one, but it’s probably okay for those who prefer soft mattresses. “The lobby bathrooms were both disgusting. The women’s bathroom was clogged and had toilet paper and paper towel on the floor. The men’s bathroom was not clean either but at least had a flushing toilet.
The elevator was also gross. The room was decently clean but the start of the stay was less than impressive! ”
