Stairwell was pretty dirty and carpeting needed to be replaced. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable but furniture in room was older and a bit banged up BUT, was still usable and considering the room cost not surprising. Overall a pretty decent value.

The first room, I could not get the door open, it was jammed. Then I was assigned another room and it was not clean. Silly string was all over the walls, no bath towels or kleenx were in the room. The refrigerator had something spilled all in it and the radiator/heater was full of dirt and stuff that looked like a rodents nest.

I would not recommend staying here. We arrived late, after 11pm. The lobby was dated but otherwise fine. The staff were quite cheerful and helpful during check in. But it was downhill from there. The hallways were dirty and the elevator was filthy! When we got to our room it was apparent that the bathroom (including toilet) hadn’t been cleaned. The carpet was stained as if there had been a stabbing. There was something icky all over the mirror. The beds were clean and comfortable. But otherwise it was terrible. We have had good luck with Comfort Inns so this was very disappointing. Do not stay here, choose another hotel.

Used to stay here years ago when it was Quality Inn, was back in town so husband and I thought we would book here. We didn't even end up staying the night because how nasty it was when we first walked in smelled of mildew, dead fruit flies everwhere, Mold around the tub. We changed for our wedding that we had to go to, then decided that neither of us were comfortable staying there, so we left the wedding early to get our things and drive the two hours home.

The staff and management were awesome! The breakfast was excellent and well laid out. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Just a couple of things that would have made our stay perfect was that our room window was so filmed over outside from lime/scaling we couldn't see out. Also, the hotel is not on a direct road access, and is difficult to find it (possibly a little more signage is needed on the entrance/exit roads?) Other than that we were very happy with our stay : )
