"Smooth check in and out, very friendly front desk staff! Room was clean but lacking in amenities, you need to call housekeeping to get toothbrushes and toothpaste.
One thing that makes me furious is that ,they tried to charge my bank account for minibar consuming, but I didn’t consume any of it. I called the front desk after I got notification from my bank, the staff who answered the phone was helpful, but hopefully she will pass my issue to account department to fix the bill. The hotel should provide a list of minibar items and quantities for the guests to check if there’s any missing to avoid inaccurate charges."
