"The property was beautiful and well manuicured. The stay was well dressed, respectful and helpful. There pools and swimups were clean. The bartender kept the drinks coming. THE FOOD..... fresh, well seasoned, and delicious at all resturants. You wont regret your stay!"

"El Hotel siempre es buena opción pero había demasiado gente lo que hacía que los restaurantes se ralentizan más y los servicios no resultaran tan rápidos. Al principio perdimos mucho tiempo para el check in, pero luego pudimos tomar el ritmo. Las ameneidades en la noche no eran muy atractivas."

"The hotel had clean rooms (they were cleaned like twice a day, which was impressive), the staff was oh so great (special shoutout to Héctor, our butler, and Kendry on the waiting staff area), the pools were excellent (staff service was amazing and always present, pools were always very clean), hotel had many bars, swim up bar in each pool. Would definitely come back in the future."

"Overall, a good experience! The staff were friendly, especially “Baby Face” and “I Love My Job”and “pepa”💃.The room was clean, though the pool could have been better maintained. The only negative was the Hibachi chef disrespectful attitude toward guests who didn’t drink."
