The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! "Great stay. Like others have said, only two towels, no beach towels, and have to deal with electrical breakers on your own. Got info for getting into place in a timely fashion but didnt get a response on a question i asked during my stay. Best view on the island. Just bring your own stuff"

"We stayed in Falmouth the weekend of the Road Race and were blown away by the apartment. It was clean and had all the necessities we needed to enjoy our stay. It was cozy and felt like home. A minute walk to the West Falmouth Market, right across the street from Eulindas ice cream and a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed a coffee and a glass of wine on the deck. "The place is just as the picture shows. Definitely on the smaller side, but comfortable for a family of four with two young children. The location could not be better! You are in walking distance of a Stop & Shop, bike rental, car rental, restaurants, and downtown Edgartown. Right on the bike path. The place could have been stocked with towels and more kitchen supplies."

"My daughter and I came in for a regatta and the Dartmouth cottage was absolutely perfect. We loved everything about it. The only negative is not having a real kitchen, but as long as people are clear that they need to provision accordingly, it is not a problem. The comfort of this home far outweighs not having a full kitchen! We loved it and would love to return!"
