"Room was nice and quiet, we did not hear other customers’ door open and shut this type of noise. Cheese cake from canteen was nice. Don’t worry if you arrive after 5, as the staff at the little shop will give you check in details. They close at 9. But breakfast was really simple one, don’t expect too much from it. No hot food. This is the only downside of this place."

"Absolutely adored our time here. Very private forested location with excellent views of the lake. The rooms were well situated on the property and well appointed. The food served at the restaurant was delicious and top-notch. A short car ride to everything Egilsstadir and Seydisfjordur Fjord had to offer."
